How LIONBRO Radiators are superior

We use copper and brass strips for excellent thermal conductivity

Copper is a metal of choice where operative conditions are critical for e.g. in diesel engines, in cars with a high power to weight ratio and heavy duty vehicles, particularly in equatorial or polar climatic conditions.
Copper is excellent for brazing with new zinc alloys through automated process
It is well suited to new technologies like high productivity, laser cutting, weldering and soldering.

Higher Tensile strength Copper-Brass Radiators :

Whereas alumlnium has limitations at high temperatures, the tensile strength for tube brass is more than 300 MPa at 200^oC and that is still well above 250 Mpa even at 300^oC.

Result shows the in herent difference between the tensile strength of the two materials. With alumlnium, serious problems occur at temperature above 200oC, at which point the strength of alumlnium drops 40% to 60% compared its strength at 150^oC.

Copper Brass ablity to withstand higher temperature allows designs where the coolant can be at a higher temperature providing bigger T, the difference between the coolant and ambient air. This results in better thermal performance.

Radiators warranty :

General Radiator (India) Pvt Ltd. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and faulty workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of sale. The warranty entitles the purchaser to free repair or replacement of the part of products. This warranty does not apply to any equipment which has been repaired or altered outside the factory of General Radiator (India) Pvt Ltd. The warranty will not cover the effects of physical or chemical properties of water or steam or any other liquid or gases used.

To obtain the warranty obligation, the purchaser must return the defective part or parts to the regional distributor or to the General Radiator (India) Pvt. Ltd. with all shipping or transportation charges prepaid. This warranty ensures high standards in quality and service which is part and parcel of every purchase of a General Radiator (India) Pvt Ltd product.
